The application is provided free of charge in its current version. The Operator may at any time change the scope, features or terms of the application, including introducing paid versions. Using the application constitutes acceptance of these terms.
CV Studio is proprietary software. All intellectual property rights to the application belong to the Operator. The application is not open-source software. The application is provided "as is", without any warranty as to its operation, availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Auxiliary features, including the ATS score and tips, are indicative only and do not guarantee employment or any particular result. The ATS analyser runs locally in the browser using simple rules (heuristics); it uses no artificial intelligence, serves the candidate to assess their own CV, and makes no binding or automated decisions about them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, or claims arising from the use of or inability to use the application. You use the application at your own risk and are responsible for the content and accuracy of the data entered into your CV.

In relation to consumers, these provisions apply only as permitted by consumer-protection law (unfair terms are not binding on the consumer). Where liability cannot be excluded in full but may be limited, it is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the use of the application (in the current, free version: EUR 0).
CV data is stored only locally in the user's browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
